1. Acceptance
By using Hoodwink you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What Hoodwink does
Hoodwink rewrites AI-generated text to read more naturally. You are responsible for how you use the output. We make no guarantees that output will pass any specific detector, platform, or review process.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Hoodwink to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without permission
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of any text you submit. We do not store your documents or use your content to train models. Text is processed in memory and discarded after your session.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Hoodwink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoodwink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Hoodwink after changes constitutes acceptance.
